FOR THE POOL BUYER OR POOL OWNER ... "Our DISPUTES PROCESS gives the public the opportunity to air any grievances against a Pool Builder - whether Builder Member or non-Member, to obtain a frank and honest appraisal and written Report of the workmanship of said builder or supplier by a NZPIA qualified person, in order to resolve issues or disputes, and which can be valuable should the situation gravitate to Legal Recourse".
"To provide a path for Builder Members using their self-taught training to attain peer-approved Qualifications by means of a Certified Pool Builder's License Course that could be considered by the Government's Licensed Building Practitioners scheme as an entry for the currently unrecognised professional swimming pool builder. Our DISPUTES PROCESS gives our Builder Members the opportunity to air any grievances against a Pool Customer or Suplier, to obtain a frank and honest appraisal and written Report of the workmanship of the Builder or Supplier Members by a qialified NZPIA person, in order to resolve issues or disputes, and which Report could be valuable should the situation gravitate to Legal Recourse.
