DIPLOMA 2021 DOWNLOADS

INSTRUCTIONS:

The DIPLOMA COURSE comprises downloadable PDF* Papers which are numbered from 1 to 12 and are a FREE download.
If you intend to participate in the DIPLOMA COURSE, ensure you REGISTER with us here:

* PDF = "Portable Document Format"
- reduced size documents for easy sending & receiving on the Internet.
A PDF reader is freely available on the internet if you don't already have it on your computer.

Download and print out each PAPER: Read and try to understand them. Ask for help at executive@poolguild.org.nz if needed.
When you are satisfied you are ready to be EXAMINED, download and print out the TEST PAPER(s) below on this page
for an EXAMINER to check.
There is a FEE for checking and marking yout paper (see elsewhere on this web site)

The TEST PAPERS have a space for you to write your name. Please do so ...
You will see small rectangle BOXES next to the questions or in random locations.
Do not write in these BOXES - they are for the EXAMINER to mark your assessed scores.

Various POINTS are earned for each Question asked. Each BOX will note your points earned depending on your answer.
Three of the Papers 1 - 6 - 12 are "Read Only" and will earn you an automatic 200 points if you simply
sign and return that you have read (and understand) the Paper - so please DO READ and do your best to UNDERSTAND them.
There is no advantage in cheating the Read Only papers - as it is cheating your own self to do so.

The TOTAL POINTS you earn for answering all Papers will be compared to the TOTAL POTENTIAL score for the Course
- and will be expressed as a Percentage for calculating your results.

Complete the TEST PAPERS and return the Pages to us by email (executive@ace.net.nz) or Post Mail (PO Box 17069 Greenlane 1546).

98% and above will earn you an HONOURS DIPLOMA, 95% an A Diploma, and 90% a B Diploma
If a Test Paper correct answers returned to us does not reach 90%,
it will be sent back to you for a review, re-do and and returned to us. (if you wish)

A Score result over the 90% threshold but lower than you anticipated, can be re-thought and re-Tested for a higher score.

If you are correctly Enrolled on the Course, your Test Papers will be processed when the Paper has been received
Points earned for each Paper will accumulate to your account
When all 12 papers have been processed, you will be notified of the Result.
All "Passing Scores" with be rewards with a DIPLOMA HONOURS, DIPLOMA A, or DIPLOMA B

Some Papers are complex, other simply informational ...
If you have difficulty downloading the larger PDF files, email us and we can send them to you.

If you get stuck, refer back to the relevant Paper. Our Goal is to inform you and teach you how to find answers.

Save your TEST paper as a PDF FILE and email it back to us.

If you can't provide a PDF FILE , take a photo on your Phone and send that ONE PAGE at a time to executive@poolguild.org.nz

NOTE: Some sensitive ANTI-VIRUS programs may warn that the download is a Suspicious Activity ...

To the BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE. they are quite safe to download.
