UP TO ONE FREE HOUR OF TELEPHONE DISCUSSION REGARDING YOUR POTENTIAL DISPUTE
FURTHER ADVICE OR ON-SITE INSPECTIONS WILL NOT BE UNDERTAKEN WITHOUT
STEP THREE BEING COMPLETED
