Association Executives Y/E 30 June 2022 We meet regularly for the mutual aquisition and sharing of knowledge and experience, in the expectation that both our Members and Residential Clients will benefit from our combined group history and experience. The Executive performs administrative duties required to operate an effective and efficient organisation in both a successfully and professional undertaking, and as required, are assisted by Executive Assistant volunteers drafted from our General Membership. We offer a Diploma Course that offers both experienced people and newcomers to the pool industry to Recognition, and an updated path of understanding the industry and its products. We are actively seeking pending Quality Assurance Certification from NZQA. Dispute Assessment and Resolution procedure for Builders and their Clients when things go awry are offered, and a Social atmosphere for our Members to Meet and Greet their peers in our chosen occupation. We represent our Industry to MBIE and the various New Zealand Territorial Authorities and are involved in resolving many interpretative issues that crop up between us from time to time, thus serving both Client and Local Government in the sucessful administration of our chosen industry .
